We are pleased to inform you that our President, Nelu Neacsu, contributed to the event “Boosting the absorption of European funds by the Republic of Moldova and Ukraine, partnerships Republic of Moldova-Romania-Ukraine, Romania, and Ukraine,” organised on June 4, 2025, at the European Parliament by IDEP Moldova.
“The partnership between Moldova, Romania, and Ukraine is a significant step towards regional development and cooperation. European funds, such as those provided by the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA) and the European Neighbourhood Instrument (ENI), play a crucial role in supporting economic development, strengthening institutions, and promoting good governance in partner countries.I believe this partnership will bring substantial benefits, facilitating access to these funds and promoting economic and social development. By sharing best practices, expertise, and resources, we can enhance the capacity of Moldova and Ukraine to effectively absorb and utilize European funds, driving growth, stability, and prosperity in the region.
