EAR-AER board member Louis Delcart will be speaker to the workshop: “Fostering of regional and local economic development in Albania via tourism & cultural heritage”
As part of the 3rd Forum on Regional and Local Economic Development- FoRLEd 2018, organised by Center for European Policy Studies on Regional and Local Development (CRLDS Albania) in partnership with European Academy of Regions (EAR-AER), Municipality of Berat, other actors of the Qark of Berat and the financial support of Government of Flanders, the workshop will take place in Berat on 25 October from 10:00 to 13:00 and will describe the latest projections, trends and policy announcements on the topics.
Speakers and guests will include local representatives of regional and local of the Qark of Berat, from cultural Institution, from touristic operators and others, that will provide further insight onto the goals and objectives of the workshop, as well as representatives from the civil society that will position the topic within the current inclusive policies and initiatives of the 3rd Forum on Regional and Local Economic Development 2018.
