Sardinia Region, in collaboration with the Committee of the Regions, will host an international event focusing on insularity under the future Cohesion policy beyond 2020, which will take place in Cagliari (Italy) on next 16 November, in the framework of the European week of regions and cities.
Taking into account the interest in islands-related issues and his institutional role within the European Economic and Social Committee, Mr. Malosse` participation in the debate focusing on the importance of the Cohesion policy for territorial development and the creation of employment opportunities for EU islands citizens will be extremely welcome.
