During a working visit to Malta during 2-7 April 2024, the president of the Academy met with Jesmond Aquilina, President of the Southern Regional Council of Malta and Mariella Strout the executive secretary to discuss opportunities for collaboration, such as the application to European projects for household waste recycling and for the integration of immigrants.
With this occasion, the President of the region signed the agreement to become a full member of the Academy.
