The meeting featured Mr. Louis Roy, Chief Development Officer of Grupo ÉRRE Portugal, and was part of EAR-AER’s ongoing series of outreach activities designed to keep our members and partners informed about emerging opportunities and developments in the European landscape.
Grupo ÉRRE Portugal is a consortium of five companies that specializes in delivering comprehensive solutions in technology, sustainable development, education, and communications. Its mission aligns with EAR-AER’s dedication to connecting expertise and resources to drive regional development.
During the session, EAR-AER Board Member Louis Delcart delivered an in-depth presentation on Moldova, highlighting its strategic importance, growth potential, and opportunities for collaborative projects.
Elena Riva, an external advisor to EAR-AER, shared insights into European funding instruments and explored potential synergies between Grupo ÉRRE Portugal and our academy, particularly in areas related to digitalization and climate change. Both parties agreed to explore structured frameworks for cooperation that leverage the strengths of both organizations.
The discussion concluded with a shared commitment to identifying tangible ways the academy can contribute to advancing its objectives through collaboration with the private sector.
