The European Commission has launched a call for Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the pilot phase of the Innovation Deals for a Circular Economy.
Innovation Deals are a form of voluntary cooperation between the EU, innovators, and national, regional and local authorities to address the bareers for the implementation of Circular Economy.
This concept has been formulated indeed within The Commission Communication “Closing the loop – An EU action plan for thecircular economy”.
The deadline for EOIs is scheduled on 15/09/2016. Up to five Expressions of Interest will be selected and will become Innovation Deals.
